Trails:

Trail nº 1 – Departure from Velas or Calheta, with Serra do Topo as first destination, where you will start the walking trail that passes through Caldeira Santo Cristo and ends at Faja dos Cubres. Here will be waiting your transport back to Velas or Calheta at a specified hour.

Trail nº 2 – Departure from Velas or Calheta, with Pico do Pedro as first destination, where you will start the walking trail that passes by Pico of Esperança, the tallest mountain in Sao Jorge (1053M) and ends at Faja do Ouvidor. Here will be waiting your transport back to Velas or Calheta at a specified hour.

Trail nº 3 – Departure from Velas or Calheta, with Faja dos Vimes or Faja de São João as first destination, where you will start the walking trail that passes through Loural, and ends at Faja dos Vimes where you can stop for São Jorges famous local Cafe.Here will be waiting your transport back to Velas or Calheta at a specified hour.

Trail nº 4 – Departure from Velas or Calheta, with Rosais as first destination, where you will start the walking trail that goes to Faja de João Dias,this trail requires you to walk back to starting point.Here will be waiting your transport back to Velas or Calheta at a specified hour.
